The capacities of ETC have finally reached a point where educational growth is affected and the improvement of existing academic standards is limited. The International Evangelical Church (IEC), with whom ETC shares the compound and all the facilities, is also growing. Presently it is impossible to meet all the educational needs and requests of both IEC and ETC because of huge limitations in its facilities.

 After IEC and ETC having discussed the present situation, it has become very clear that an extensive expansion of facilities is essential for the future academic growth of ETC in quantity as well as in quality. Priority will be given to building classrooms and offices, a reasonable sized library for 600-plus students and a chapel.
